« Paraflu ». A Discussion with Michela de Mattei, Invernomuto & Francesco Urbano Ragazzi

As part of the 2026 Lyon Contemporary Art Biennale, the Lyon Italian Cultural Institute welcomes Michela de Mattei and Invernomuto, two Italian artists invited to participate in this new edition, the latters coming in dialogue with the curatorial duo Francesco Urbano Ragazzi.
The event will center on the presentation of “Paraflu,” the work they are showcasing as part of the Biennale, exploring its origins, themes, and creative process.
This discussion will also serve as an opportunity to shine a light on the Italian presence within the 2026 Lyon Biennale, to explore, alongside the artists, the research and practices that underpin their participation in one of France’s leading international contemporary art events.
