Beyond Sigh

"Beyond Sight" explores the way we see the world and the value created by the act of looking. Here, value lies not only in the artworks themselves, but in the experience of perceiving them: the time spent observing, the attention paid to detail, and the way we inhabit the space.

In a world saturated with images and information, the exhibition invites us to slow down and pay attention to what demands presence, sensitivity and openness.

Bringing together Christelle Balbinot, Siouzie Albiach and Alexandra Devaux, it explores various contemporary forms of visibility. Christelle Balbinot’s wire installations transform the space into a terrain of exploration where forms are revealed through movement. Siouzie Albiach’s photographs and research examine the links between narrative, spirituality, ecology and memory, opening up a dialogue between the visible and the invisible. Drawing on images collected in urban spaces and on social media, Alexandra Devaux creates luminous paintings that question the constructs of identity, gender and representation.

Spanning two levels, the exhibition offers a visual experience in which movement, contemplation and interpretation interplay. Looking thus becomes a sensitive and engaged act, engaging the body, attention and the imagination.
