In resonance with the Lyon Contemporary Art Biennale, come explore the traboules following the steps of the Canuts. A tour between the history of silk and contemporary creation, an urban walk accessible to everyone, from 5 years old.

"Bistanclac" is the onomatopoeia for the sound of the Canuts' looms. The Bistanclac walk invites you to explore the traboules of Croix-Rousse to discover the history of silk, the daily life of the Canuts, and the unique architecture of these passages. In tune with the Biennale, the route brings heritage and contemporary creation into conversation. It's an invitation to see this iconic Lyon neighborhood with fresh eyes, suitable for adults as well as families with children from 5 years old.

The tour starts at the Tapis Square in Croix-Rousse 69004, in front of the cocoon-shaped sculptures, and ends at Terreaux Square 69001. It lasts 1h30. There are many stairs to go down along the tour.
