Exposition de Sculptures et Bas-reliefs en carton et papier recyclé de Sylvie Loudières
Sylvie Loudières, a visual artist, lives and works in Aurillac in the Cantal department.
This exhibition highlights her approach to upcycling and her creative process, revealing how simple materials, such as recycled cardboard and paper, are gradually transformed.
In her hands, these everyday materials become the starting point for a metamorphosis: giving them a second life, bringing out the richness of the ordinary, and restoring their meaning. This approach, marked by resilience, also challenges our relationship with consumption.
Inspired by human relationships, humanity’s place in society, and our connection to nature, Sylvie constantly explores new forms of expression. Experimentation, volume, assemblages, and varied finishes enrich her work and push the creative boundaries of cardboard and paper.
Through her creations, she invites everyone to look at these familiar materials in a new light, to be amazed, to feel positive energy, and to let their own creativity emerge.
