Discover 40 outstanding buildings crafted from stone, earth, and plant fibers. The Materia exhibition presents these exemplary projects, finalists for the Materia Award. A unique opportunity to explore innovative, sustainable, and inspiring architectural achievements from around the world..

Earth, stone, and plant fibers have become key materials in contemporary architecture. Across all five continents, thousands of projects of outstanding technical, environmental, and aesthetic quality are emerging. The growing use of these materials—abundant on our planet and requiring little energy to produce—plays a major role in reducing the exploitation of non-renewable resources and lowering the energy demands of buildings.Through photographs, prototypes, and hands-on displays, discover and experience these materials in all their richness.
