Open days and exhibition

The artists of the Les Courants d’Art workshop are deeply committed to the theme: Moving from one dream to another. As part of the Lyon Biennale 2026, each member of our workshop aspires to create a specific work that explores these essential values of welcome, hospitality, and kindness.

These creations will be made individually in Lyon and presented exclusively during the Biennale's open house on September 24, 2026. We recognize the crucial importance of the other in our artistic approach.

We are convinced that our participation in Résonance fits perfectly within the framework of the Biennale. By opening our doors to the public, we wish to offer an opportunity for exchange and sharing, while giving visibility to the creative process of our members through some of their works.

In parallel, renovation and painting work is underway to improve the aesthetics of our exhibition space. Part of the studio will be reorganized to host a diverse presentation of works, such as paintings, drawings, photographs,

sculptures, and other artistic productions. Some of these pieces, including limited editions, may be offered for sale.

As an association, Les Courants d’Art is committed to working closely with the organizers to define the terms of public participation and access, in accordance with the framework of the Resonance projects developed for the 2026 Biennale.
