We're back again with exhibitions at Blitz! Blitz is hosting Marc Turlan and Antoine Sibalner on the first floor of its Lyon 1st arrondissement shop: two rooms dedicated to queer poetics and visibility.
Marc Turlan has been working for several years to inscribe desire and queer culture in photographic portraiture and mosaic, making these forms a space of memory as much as resistance.
Anton Sibenaler, an artist of image, collage, and digital flow, explores the intimate through the circulation of images and an aesthetics of the fragment.
Their dialogue has unfolded publicly: Ouf t'es là! in 2024 in Marseille, extended through a publication; then Cruising Giardini in 2025 in Copertino (Italy), where Marc, under Anton’s curation, occupied Casetta Studio with photographs and mosaics, interrogating cruising as a space of desire, resistance, and queer poetics.
POSTSCRIPTUM / PS continues and shifts this work. Marble confronts the immediacy of the image. Text becomes sculpted matter. The intimate, once again, asserts itself as a political gesture.
