During the 18th Lyon Biennale, the exhibition Head Wind brings together the four artists working at Atelier 19-1 with four guest artists, serving as an extension of their own research.
Within a space that allows for an active configuration, the works engage in dialogue, respond to one another, complement each other, and even stand in opposition. For the duration of the exhibition, the studio becomes a place where its own dynamics are inverted. Head Wind occupies a distinct moment in time, making space for the connections forged by the practices of each artist.
