Handling long strips of shimmering fabrics, seven dancer-musicians give material form to the invisible kingdoms of their delirious imaginations.
INHALE DELIRIUM EXHALE is a dizzying ballet of shifting forms where desires and fears intertwine. Seven dancers and musicians manipulate shimmering fabric, giving shape to invisible realms. A wave, an encounter, or a call to surrender? Miet Warlop invites the audience to unravel these mysteries. Combining visual arts, sport, and rock concert influences, the piece explores verticality and movement, transforming fabric into silhouettes, flags, and threats, culminating in an electrifying wave of energy and wonder.
