ANGLE ART CONTEMPORAIN

Angle A.C. is a non-profit organization dedicated to showcasing contemporary visual art in a rural setting. An artist-run space established in 1983 and managed by artists ever since, it features an experimental program that explores the full spectrum of contemporary creative fields and media, while also engaging with art history.

The artists who support the center do so on a voluntary basis. The annual schedule is anchored by three major exhibitions, complemented by collaborations on one-off events with local, regional, and national partners.

Angle receives support from the DRAC, the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region, the Drôme Department, and the town of Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux—funding that has enabled the creation of a paid staff position.
