Established in 2001 by the town of Dompierre-sur-Besbre, the François Colcombet Artists’ Residence is a centre for activities and support for contemporary art, comprising an exhibition space and a residency programme for contemporary visual artists.

As part of the 12/12/12 initiative in partnership with MAPRAA and in resonance with the 18th Lyon Contemporary Art Biennial, the François Colcombet Artists' Residency is hosting the HU Jiamin exhibition « La Vie coye ».
