The garden of the Bastion de Saint Just is a space marked physically through history and the passage of elements, a space drawn by the life that takes place within it.
In this meeting space between the vegetal, the mineral and the living, the exhibition "Attentions plurielles" invites one to come and explore the tension that is created between a set of works and its environment.
Stretching this tension to give it flexibility, testing its resistance, revealing our weaknesses.
This is perhaps what connects most the works of the collaborating artists : their ability to pinpoint the place where it can hurt, the one that needs our attention, to reveal that what seemed like weakness may hide a completely different reality.

"Attentions plurielles" is a collective exhibition showcasing 8 artists in residency at the Bastion Saint Just : Théophile Stern, Stéphanie Gerbaud, Tatiana Bailly, Lucas Zambon, Léa Auvray, Marion Fitzer, Belonie Ovize and Hugo Bonnet Massip. Be it paintings, sculptures, or photographs, the works of each and every artist communicate with each other and coexist within an artistic itinerary in the garden of the Bastion Saint-Just. The emerging path contrasts with the vegetation of this eerie historical edifice of Lyon.

ATTENTIONS PLURIELLES - Collective exhibition Visible from September 28 to October 09, 2022, in the garden of the Bastion de Saint-Just. Opening day : Wednesday September 28, from 6 p.m to 10 p.m.
