Artistic duo founded in 2003 by Simone Bertuzzi (born in 1983 in Piacenza, Italy; lives and works in Milan, Italy) and Simone Trabucchi (born in 1982 in Piacenza, Italy; lives and works in Milan, Italy)
Biography
The duo develops research-based projects that unfold across time and space, generating interconnected cycles of work structured by an open, rhizomatic logic. These investigations give rise to a wide range of outputs, including films, sound works, performances, and editorial projects. The artists engage with reality — and its capacity for distortion — through documentary principles, with a particular focus on marginal and alternative cultures, contemporary mythologies, and oral history.
