A contemporary art gallery founded in 1962 in the Vieux Lyon district—near the Saint-Paul train station, the Gadagne Museum, and Place du Change—the L’Œil Écoute gallery is located on the banks of the Saône, in the basement of the Maison Thomassin, one of the neighborhood's oldest houses.

Eclats d'Ombre brings together two artists. Jean-Baptiste Martin, an art photographer, works on light. He produces his own film prints. He specializes in black and white. Nadine Bell works with porcelain in a refined approach. She was interested in the techniques acquired in Asia during her multiple residencies, and ancestral know-how.
