Thyself Agency – INFO POINT, 2026

Thyself Agency asks how much of a life can be renegotiated. In Life Exchange, two people abandon their routines for a week and live in one another’s place. The Nine-Day Week alters the sleep-wake cycle to stretch seven days into nine. The Glasses allow participants to observe themselves from an external viewpoint in real time, altering their perspective on everyday actions. The INFO POINT is the agency’s temporary public office, where visitors can meet its agents, discover reports written by previous participants and begin an exercise of their own.

Through participatory situations designed to be directly experienced, he develops temporary conditions in which everyday life becomes the material of the work. Since 2021, this research has taken the form of THYSELF AGENCY, a travel agency organising expeditions into the unknown through non-fiction performative journeys. Developed through immersive exercises, the agency investigates how temporary changes in behaviour can transform the way people perceive themselves in the world around them. Its projects unfold through journeys, public INFO POINTS and the Journal, an expanding archive of participants’ reports.
