Oda Haliti’s Ode To All takes the creation of an inclusive, feminist sound label as its artistic form. Its title brings together the Albanian odë, a traditional gathering room and the Greek ōdē, meaning song. At Les Grandes Locos, the room functions as the working headquarters of a label still coming into being. Connecting Prishtina with Lyon, Tirana and wider networks, the project involves musicians, producers, sound engineers, designers, cultural organisers, business advisers, sponsors and artists. Haliti documents every stage, including establishing an NGO, developing a business plan, fundraising, creating the visual identity, producing videos and making music. Her open studio invites people to join the process and contribute to the label’s debut recording. Ode To All builds towards a vinyl release and a large-scale outdoor performance, while examining how cultural communities are sustained through resources, trust, relationships and shared knowledge.

Oda Haliti is a DJ and music producer whose work moves between club culture and art contexts. Her sets draw on musical archives and contemporary sounds to consider how histories are carried, reactivated and contested through listening. Attentive to the social conditions of performance, she approaches the dancefloor as a space shaped by collective presence and negotiation. Alongside her practice, Haliti is engaged in activist work, developing platforms that address exclusion and support more equitable forms of cultural production.
