Housed in a former primary school in Villeurbanne, the Institut d’Art Contemporain/Frac Rhône-Alpes is both an art centre and a regional contemporary art fund. Since 2009, it has hosted the Rendez-vous event, renamed Jeune création internationale in 2019.
