A reflection on humanity

Collectif J’aimerai·s_ turns the city and the landscape into a sensitive playground. Through a shared exploration protocol, the group walks across the territory to experience walking, encounters and attentiveness to the world, from which an exhibition emerges, shaped by shared imaginaries and collective know-how.

“In this exhibition, photography emerges from a metamorphosis of reality. Drawing on both personal and collective history, each artist reimagines photographic techniques to create images that serve as interludes in our realities. Straddling the line between sensory impressions and dreamlike visions, the works offer something beyond lived and narrated time: the dimension of sensoriality.”

LIGRES (a collective of hybrid artists) invite you to dream and journey into parallel worlds. Through a blend of mediums and digital techniques, a whole realm of new imagery opens up to the visitor.

Once a month, L’Assaut de la menuiserie offers a guided tour of the exhibitions and an opportunity to chat with the outreach team, the curator and the artist (subject to availability).
