Opening event with the artist

: Reflecting alongside those who are alive, celebrating everyday life, relearning how to dream, and opening up dialogue: these four aims form the guiding thread running through all our projects. In keeping with the spirit of the traboules, we offer a journey in which each activity opens up a path to new ways of experiencing reality.

Located within the former Saint-Etienne School of Fine Arts, La Serre is a municipal contemporary art space, offering a program focused on innovation and experimentation and designed to support the professional development of emerging artists.

The Claire Gastaud Gallery presents Art in Nature, an exhibition dedicated to Nils-Udo, from September 24 to November 7, 2026. Bringing together a collection of historical photographs and recent paintings, the exhibition juxtaposes the two main strands of his work: photography and painting

Thursday 24 September 2026 from 6 pm at L’Assaut de la menuiserie, Saint-Étienne. Come and discover the works in the exhibition, presented in resonance with the 18th Lyon Biennale of Contemporary Art.

How can we make change visible? The exhibition Metamorphosis. States of Change brings together seven emerging artists from Germany who – each through their own photographic perspective – explore the various forms of change, whether political, cultural, ecological or digital.

A desire to make art accessible. This project explores the economy through the lens of absence: not what we own, but what we throw away, what we forget, what we do not see

D’un massif à l’autrebrings together Appartement 22 (Rabat) and La Halle (Pont-en-Royans) for an artistic project exploring spaces, movements, and memories. The project questions the construction of identities and collective narratives, revealing unexpected connections. The stories resonate elsewhere, memory becomes collective, and specificities become gateways to universality.

The exhibition DD/Dessins Dixit proposes to explore the processes at work in the relationship that unites the drawing with its source(s), original elements from which the drawing can operate forms of transpositions across a wide spectrum between copy and the most distanced reinterpretation.

Solo show of artist Michel Jocaille

Take a stroll through the walls of the Grand Cloître St-Jean in heart of 15th century Old Lyon, guided by a fresco in three panels illustrating the “Gates of Power,” signifying that the economy was once religious, political, and symbolic, and therefore could be something other than what it is today.

Come and share a unique experience at our vibrant exhibition opening (by reservation). Friends from Lyon, art lovers, collectors, CEOs, painting enthusiasts, and our partners are all welcome to join us for a festive occasion.

Artistic performances are offered to the public, featuring a group painting activity themed around travel sketchbooks—led by artist Fabienne Amiel at Confluence—and on-site portrait sessions with artist Laura Vaillant.
